Formed after more than a decade operating at the collection end of the industry, Circflo was created to address a clear gap: inconsistent grading, fragmented supply chains, and limited accountability once material leaves source markets.

We specialise in in-house grading and direct export, allowing us to control quality, reduce complexity, and align product with genuine end-market demand.

This approach is particularly important in import markets such as Ghana and West Africa, where misaligned exports can place unnecessary pressure on local infrastructure. By grading to defined specifications shaped by climate, culture, and buying behaviour, we help keep viable clothing in circulation and reduce avoidable waste.
